• Michael: Jie has just gotten the final quote for the integrating ADCs. There is a small difference in price between the SE and DIFF, but it is within the range that Michael has available. There will be 14 SE and 26 DIFF boards sent to JLab.
  • The previous shipment of the ADCs to JLab had unexpected customs duties, but those that went to universities did not. We're considering having the ADCs sent first to Ohio; Paul will start a conversation with his business services folks about getting clarity on what to expect regarding customs.
• Bryan: no update on the MOLLER ADC this week
• Bob: shares the chassis front and back panel designs from Armen, updated for the Rev.2 boards
  • Chris asks if we're ready for the chassis order to get sent out. Michael thinks that probably yes, but we can wait for the ADC order to actually go out.
  • Bob or Chris will share the chassis design with Jie, to make sure we haven't missed any conflicts on the design
• Michael: the order for all the PMT base and amplifier PCBs has been approved and should be going out next week
• Arindam: update on the test lab DAQ test space
  • Plan to move Simona's Pion detector DAQ, and we need a half rack or so for the integrating DAQ test stand. Dustin also wanted some space; can he share the integrating DAQ, or does he need something else?
  • How can we route power to the new racks? The outlets are all behind the racks Hanjie is using.
  • Maybe all racks need to be against the back wall?
  • Arindam and Zhongling will work together to develop the plan for the layout, and then discuss with Bob to arrange a discussion with safety/electrical
