  • It looks like keeping the DAQ meeting at 1pm on Friday will work for everybody
  • Michael is getting ready to order the production boards, and is right now planning on 14 (11 active and 3 spare) of the single ended boards and 26 (21 active and 5 spare) of the differential boards
  • Bryan
    • He's been communicating with Michael about setting up the VME-TI to be able to repeat the tests that
    • He'd sent the firmware updates from William to Bryerton about three weeks ago
  • Jie is preparing the final integrator design files for submission to the vendor for a quote.
    • Michael does say that the SE and DIFF boards do still use the same PCB, and just have differeences in how they are stuffed, so if we needed change between types after the fact we could probably have the JLab electroncs folks make the changes.
  • Michael reports the Bryerton has left TRIUMF. Bryerton is willing to be be contacted in the near future if we need minor changes when we've started testing the rev.2 boards
    • Michael has gotten the firmware for the rev.2 boards, and is working on getting ownership of the git repo for the firmware
    • Bryerton had some questions about clocking with the TI. Bryan suggests that Bryerton and William should try to follow up about that.
  • Bob mentions that we will need to come up with a plan for rack space. Arindam and Bob will come up with a plan for how to allocate our rack space in
  • Chris asks if the rev.2 design that Daryl had sent out is "really final" so that Armen can work on the changes for the chassis design.
