- We need to finalize the ADC firmware specification to give to Bryerton. A lot of what we have said we wanted is already implemented, but we need to make sure we have it finished. Let's aim at having the specification together by 17 November.
- Bryan is going through the material that Bryerton had sent and thinks the path forward for the developing the CODA driver
- The assembler/board manufacturer should now have all the parts and should have started assembly. Daryl expects that the two test boards would be arriving within the next week or so. Michael will have the boards sent to TRIUMF for the initial checkout, and then production on the remaining 8 prototypes would be done.
- Michael reports that he's been working with the most recent version of Bryerton's code, and would have his stand-alone analysis routines
- The new bases have come in and are being tested. The event mode signals are about 50ns
- Michael asks about the PoE switch specification
- Daryl recommends a managed switch
- I had found an unmananged switch (NetGear GS524UP) that can provide 30W on each of 16 PoE++ ports. We can look to see if there are managed versions of those.
- We also need to decide on the switch for the QSFP optical links.
- For both sets of switches we should discuss with the CC folks
