• The updated board design has been circulated.
  • Michael comments that there are two chips that would provide the voltage reference for the ADC, they aren't quite identical in the footprint, the one that is slightly worse (but still acceptable) is available in stock. This will need a minor change in the layout to support it, Daryl estimates a few hours to make that layout change. We'll go with the part that is available.
  • Daryl recommends that we ask the vendor to make one or two boards first and let us do testing, before going to the full production for this prototype.
• A question was raised about the grounding
  • The ground shield of the input twinax cable is connected to the floating ground of the ADC. The high voltage ground will be attached at the equipment rack to the building ground.
• Chris, Daryl, and Armen have discussed the changes needed for the chassis.
  • Chris, Bob, and I will talk next week about maybe Ohio buying the chassis
• For the TI and SD cards, JLab is planning to do the next order in October. Chris does have SD cards available to lend for our additional tests
