- FADC purchase order is on the way out of Ohio
- Simona has the bitstream file back from Ben, they have tested the VTP, and found a small mistake in the firmware which Ben is in the process of resolving.
- She expects to have that back from him today, and would be able to test it by Monday
- Next would be the pion detector prototype stand work.
- She expects to have data using a coincidence trigger in the VTP by Tuesday
- Sayak presents a summary of the cosmic setup at UMass
- Using two scintillators at the top and bottom right now, in two configurations to
- Proposed setup for W&M: four scintillators (2 at top and 2 at the bottom) per segment.
- I would propose that we plan to use a VTP trigger to form the four sets of coincidences.
- They have the FADC back from JLab, and are getting the DAQ set up to use it
- Simona asks about the using the MOLLER log book (at https://logbooks.jlab.org/book/moller). That is supposed to be for the experiment, and "molpol" is for the polarimeters
- Hanjie reports that the test stand at JLab is waiting on the data disk purchase for the server
- Paul expects to make more progress on the VXS crate shipment
- No update from SBU this week
- Chandan is talking with Ben to get a VTP set up in the GEM test stand
- Dustin reports that he will be getting a few of the new bases from Michael, and will be radiating the counting mode amplifier on May 9. This is the last radiation test for the bases.
