• Emailed update from Chandan: he can get tracks from the INFN modules at the Test lab. He's working on the alignment of the modules. He hasn't included the MOLLER GEM yet in the tracking.
• Emailed update from Simona: she's taking data with the VTP SPE trigger
• Sayak: the FADC DAQ is set up. Working with Hanjie an the analysis
  • Hanjie suggests that Sayak and Simona try to coordinate to use the same firmware and analyzer, where possible
• Jaydeep: no update from SBU right now
• Discussing the collaboration meeting
  • I think that in the current plan, we have an overview of the DAQ and a talk on the W&M test stand plans
  • Simona had also requested a talk about the VTP trigger development
• Dustin: the new radiation dose on the event mode amplifier got up to about 150krad, and it did not fail!
  • Michael will be starting the full procurement package for the bases soon
• Hanjie has gotten the FADC and VTP to boot, but hasn't gotten the readout lists set up yet
• Analysis meetings have started happening regularly, Mondays at 11:30am
