- Activity updates
- Simona: working on creating a VTP trigger using 8 scintillator channels
- Working with the VITIS_HLS installed on the indra-s1 machine
- Created a MOLLER_DAQ project within VITIS; ran the synthesis step to create the VDL. This version creates a trigger when there are a specified number of channels over threshold. Not quite ready to give it to Ben to create the bitstream file which would be loaded onto the VTP
- She expects that she'd have some test results with the VTP for next meeting.
- Stonybrook plans to start testing the prototype with the DAQ. May have some data for the next meeting.
- Sayak found that the FADC which they had at UMass had some broken connectors. It has been set to Chris to be repaired
- Bob says that there's about half of the new space in the test lab is available for us. He and Arindam will be working on setting that up next week

- General discussion
- David mentions that the counting DAQ will need to have a way to determine the deadtime within the DAQ
- Bryan says that the primary source of deadtime will be the GEM readout deadtime
- David thinks we just need to know how many of the "acceptable triggers" were actually taken
- David thinks that the deadtime on individual channels is likely not a big deal for us
- David thinks that we likely just need the "final trigger when live" versus "final trigger" counters, and probably don't need the "live/total" counters for individual scintillators or even individual pairs.
