My original online notes were lost due to a window crash. Below are transcribed notes from a paper to-do list I was keeping in parallel.

• What we need to do before the preliminary design review?
  • Cabling and crate layouts
    • This should include block diagrams for the entire DAQ system
  • What else do we need to define?
    • We should make a list of all the modules and equipment we need to buy and what we are expecting to borrow from SBS or wherever
    • How will we switch between integrating and counting modes (other than the PMTs); will we need to switch anything by hand
    • What are the requirements and the interfaces to other subsystems
    • Grounding and shielding: need to discuss and coordinate with Michael. Star or mesh grounding layout? Michael has proposed a star layout
    • What are our requirements for deadtime, trigger rate, etc
