- Debrief from review
- nothing needed from physics for the CD3a procurements
- CD3a procurements is what we were dinged on - need to get then done
- lots of paperwork, SOWs etc.
Status Reports not covered by urgent items
- For completing what was recommended from review
- ESAAB in December, possibly January
- Ruben and maybe CAMs will report on the completion of the recommendations
- upstream torus
- Mike needs to review what Jason sent
- Ernie still working on coil drawings
- removal of the upstream enclosure
- How hot is this region? (physics will answer ~ 6 months)
- coils and collimators will be assembled on base plate in test lab
- decommissioning should be reverse of install
- do need to write assembly procedure
- collimator 1+2 is likely the hottest thing (will be checked)
- whole upstream enclosure (w/o top) expected to be moved to side as one
- possibly move collar 0 along with the upstream enclosure
- Ernie looking at lifting points, but could use slings
- Hall A beam dump support inspection looks good
- Mapping plan is way past due
- Probir and Juliette will meet and report in 1-2 weeks
