- We need to improve communication between physicists and engineering
- Better way to communicate when something is completed by physicists
- Maybe we need a signoff procedure for physicist so engineers know something a completed
- Robin Wines thinks one person from a subsystem must sign off either using email or during the meetings that dimensions and locations are finalized from the physicist side
