• David's slides:
  • Large number of events are peaked in two peaks phi-shifted by 10 degrees from the pion lucite detector
  • This peak bypasses the showermax at the high-radius end
  • These events seem to hit the outer corners of the lucite
  • TODO: run simulation with showermax lightguides as vacuum (hypothesis: is it showermax secondaries scattering to high-r into the lightguide, then back inwards to the lucite?)
  • TODO: add detector both upstream and downstream of showermax at the same time
• Elham
  • Pion lucite lightguide as vacuum: slight decrease in Moller rate
  • Pion/electron ratio at main detector plane is 0.1%, as expected, with rate of Moller electrons in agreement -> all seems well
  • Most background in lucite is coming from same sector in hit phi vs vertex phi
  • Angle into lucite: small coding error
  • TODO: fix expression for theta with hit.x and hit.y

  • Bayesian correction of pion correction: postponed due to technical difficulties
