Minutes
- Larry is waiting for an update Main Detector model from Michael
- Chandika has reduced the extent along beamline of the GEM Rotator 10 1491.6 mm, to avoid interference with Barite Wall. The spaces between GEM layers 1 and 2 and between layers 3 and 4 were both reduced. Repeated FEA on this model - displacements and stresses all look fine. Still to do is to repeat seismic analysis. Chandika will give model to Devi to check that there is no problem with interference with US scanner system. Idea perhaps to integrate the floor plates needed for mounting scanner with those needed for Main Detector support structure. Should call for a meeting with Eric Sun/Dave Kashy to see if the present Rotator has interferences with the bellows in the beamline.
