#Shielding downstream-region update: Chandan:
## The goal is Shielding for coil epoxy for DS coils and reducing ep background coming from the beamline
## Implemented shielding pipes (five tungsten tubes) within the DS coil. Then looking for the possibility to remove the DS two bounce shield and Col-5
## New configuration reduces the coils dose only the DS coil nose but they are comparable between the old and new design
## The first two tubes blocks the positrons (using beam generator)
## The latter three tubes will block the background electron background escaping to ring 5 (using ep generators)
## For now keeping the Col-5
## It appears that we will not need to long septapus for positron shielding
## Next steps: Nose does study, optimize the shielding to reduce the total mass, last tube could interfere with the moller envelope, will check.
