  • Status of W&M daq
    • We had found a problem with the VTP, it was taken down to JLab for diagnosis and we have a replacement. Brynne will be at JLab next Tuesday and could pick it up and bring it to W&M
    • David had set up a NIM-based trigger, and that is currently plugged into the TI module. The scintillator signals are also plugged into FADC channels, and so could be read out when we have the daq working
    • We had some funny problems with the single crate test ROL, where it would download successfully but then crash on prestart. Bryan offered help in figuring that out.
    • Sayak is planning to be at W&M either next week or the week after
    • Bryan mentioned that Michael had requested an X to go session on the server for him
  • JLab test stands
    • Simona has the rack and crate set up in the ESB. She next will ask Hanjie with help to get the server set up. She has the CPU, TI, VTP, SD, and FADC.
    • Simona and Zhongling have been working on the test lab set up. The CPU is working but they haven't been able to communicate with the VTP yet. They have an active ticket with the help desk to resolve that.
  • Chandan has gotten access to the VTP-based DAQ for SBS in the hall and will be working with it, and will also be working with the one that will go into Hall C.
