Milestones

1. Iterations for hybrid/segmented downselect - November 15
   1. November 20, December 4th meeting
   2. Change control board meeting mid-December
   3. prioritize recent blocky models for this
      1. Will new SC4 work cooling water tubes extra 4mm?

      2. optimization of tiles - deconvolution (is this necessary)
         1. use the current optimization of the tiles and run deconvolution code
