Agenda

  1. TID calculations for GEM1/GEM4 planes docDB872

Attendance

Minutes

  1. TID calculations for GEM1/GEM4 planes:
    1. It is good to simulate TID for very thin SiO2, assumption is that larger thickness could induce more showers. Radiation length of Si 9.37 cm
    2. Shadow of the support legs only seen in GEM1 but not on GEM4, Chandan wanted to know if the beam pipe material is in the simulation
    3. Currently support legs are made out of steel but it will be hollow aluminum
